  • In a small bowl, whisk together your chosen steak marinade ingredients. Place your steak in a large freezer-safe Ziploc bag, then pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring it’s fully coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator for optimal flavor and tenderization.
  • ON STOVETOP: Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until the oil begins to faintly smoke. Add the marinated steak to the hot skillet.
